Services

  • Cancellations before project initiation: 70% refund.
  • Once work starts, cancellations are not accepted.

All Sales Final:

  • Once course access is granted, all sales are considered final.

Non-Refundable After 48 Hours:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date and time. After this 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund Within 48 Hours:

  • A refund will only be considered if:

    • The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

    • The student has accessed less than 10% of the course content.

    • The student provides a valid reason for requesting a refund.

No Partial Refunds:

  • We do not provide partial refunds for incomplete courses, whether or not the student has finished the course content.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund within the 48-hour window, please email our support team at business@smartclikdeal.online with:
      • Your full name

      • Order ID or transaction receipt

      • Reason for the refund request

  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
